The premier milliner of the Rocky Mountain region, Miss Victoria designs classic hats and headpieces using traditional millinery techniques and only the finest materials. Making hats has been a lifelong obsession for Victoria, she started making hats at 8 years old. Taking the path of design, she has degrees in Environmental Design, Masters in Architecture, Arctic Engineering & Construction Management. After eighteen years in architecture, she returned to millinery. Everything that I have been designing and making from then to now has been about the way a body engages space. I’m aware that what we put on to engage the world shouldn’t stop at the neck.
